Chancellor Urged to ratify convention on missing
CRIMES. Human Rights Network of Panama (RDH-Panama), yesterday asked the foreign minister, Juan Carlos Varela, make arrangements to ratify the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, United Nations. Victor Atencio said this will prevent the repetition of crimes against humanity. Also establish the day of the disappeared, and honor the victims of military dictatorship.
